Try your purchase(s) at your convenience and if you need to send them back because of faulty item(s) or wrong specifications, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange and return. Please note that Reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, “The color is different from the website”, will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange.

\n\nShipping is complimentary on all exchanges; and you need to bear the shipping cost to us. However, we will bear the shipping cost when we send back to you (only for the first time of exchange).

\n\nOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will notify you once payment is ready.
